Admin Privileges

Admin privileges allow users to:

  • Add/Delete users
  • Send Password link to user
  • Disable other user MFA
  • Grant other users admin privileges
  • Add/Edit/Delete athletes
  • Add/Edit/Delete athletes groups
  • Add/Edit/Dedlete test groups
  • Export data
  • Delete testing/training session data
  • Configure KangaTech devices, including rezeroing

Only admin users can grant/remove user admin privileges.

Grant User Admin Privileges:

  1. Go to the Account page from the side menu.
  2. Select the user from the list on the left side and ensure the correct user is highlighted.
  3. Click the blue Make Admin button in the lower right area.

Remove User Admin Privileges:

  1. Go to the Account page from the side menu.
  2. Select the user from the list on the left side and ensure the correct user is highlighted.
  3. Click the orange Remove Admin button in the lower right area.
