1: Lie supine, sacrum centered over middle gridline on the base mat. Hips at 0° with legs flat on the mat.
2: Lower housing height to align flat pad with the apex of medial malleoli of each ankle.
3: Secure the strap around your ankles so that it is lightly touching the lateral malleoli with the medial malleoli of each ankle 1cm from the sensor pad.
4: Feet in line with knees/hips and patella (knee caps) point to the ceiling.
5: Record height of the top of carriers.
1: Test bilaterally - ADDuction and ABDUction (alternating).
2: ADDuction - Squeeze into pads, pull upper thighs and ankle bones together.
3: ABDuction - pull ankles away form the sensors, separating upper thighs.
4: Maintain lumbar neutral, flat/still sacrum and abdominal wall flat/hollow.
5: Discourage gluteal contraction.
6: Build to maximum force over 5 seconds.
