1: Lie on non-testing side, feet between uprights along mat centre line with elbow under sensor
2: Ensure elbow is straight, humerus in mid-axillary line, with foam block or towel under elbow to keep humerus in plane scapula
3: Lower housing until flat round pad is 1cm above lateral epicondyle
1: Test unilaterally
2: Set scapular, drawing humeral head.
3: Abduct humerus squeezing elbow into sensor pad, ensuring no internal rotation and humerus remains in the axillary line
4: Build to maximum force over 5 seconds
