1: Lie prone, test arm elevated above head with elbow straight. Therapist selects subjects available end of range elevation.
2: Start housing high. Adjust housing height as required aligning flat sensor pad with back of wrist (note height of housing)
3: If shoulder range of the subject is limited, a box or bench may need to be used to elevate the subject from the floor (ensure test position is not one that induces any pain or impingement related discomfort)
1: Test unilaterally
2: Set scapular, drawing humeral head, squeeze wrist into sensor pad, maintaining scapular and trunk position
3: Build to maximum force over 5 seconds
