Frame Setup Diagram

1: Kneel on raised support base/box at height of housing. Anterior ankle resting on upturned sensor cuff with tibia parallel to floor and cuff level with lateral malleolus

2: Keep thighs and trunk in a straight line with pelvis forward

Cues

1: Test bilaterally

2: Keep the pelvis and trunk in line and maintain a neutral spine position

3: Slowly rock backwards as far as possible, hold at end range for 3s and return to start position

4: Keep pelvis forward and chest open with hands on chest

5: Maintain even pressure against each sensor as you move back and forward through range

6: Feel fatigue/work in the rectus femoris/front of upper thigh
