1: Kneel facing the uprights as shown with arms extended in front of sternum (parallel to ground)
2: Adjust housing and subject position to align flat sensor pad with back of testing side wrist
1: Set scapular with trunk upright and abdominal wall flat/hollow
2: Initiate trunk rotation, keeping hands in front of sternum, arms parallel to ground and rotating sternum to testing side while keeping pelvis square to frame uprights
3: Build to maximum force over 5 seconds
