1: Lie supine, test arm elevated above head with elbow straight. Therapist selects subjects available end of range elevation
2: Start housing high. Lower housing to align flat sensor pad with palmer aspect of wrist (record housing height)
1: Test unilaterally
2: Set scapular, drawing humeral head, squeeze wrist into pad, maintaining scapular and trunk position
3: Build to maximum force over 5 seconds
