1: Lie in side-lying with trunk aligned to middle mat gridline using pillow to support head and neck in neutral spine position (cervical spine horizontal)
2: Position subject and housing to place circular pad 1cm above temporo-parietal suture above the ear
3: Ensure torso is vertically orientated on side
1: Test unilaterally
2: Keep neutral cervical spine, tuck chin and lift head to sensor pad
3: Slowly, squeeze head into circular pad, building pressure to your maximum, holding the chin in neutral position
4: Build to maximum force over 5 seconds
