1: Lie prone, with body flat on floor and face touching the floor with folded towel under forehead to provide clearance for nose.
2: Adjust housing and subject position to align sensor pad 1cm above centre of the back of the head at level of forehead
1: Keep neutral cervical spine, tuck chin and lift head to sensor pad
2: Slowly, squeeze head into circular pad, building pressure to maximum, holding the chin in neutral position
3: Build to maximum force over 5 seconds
