1: Lie supine, sacrum centered over middle gridline on the base mat. Hips at 0° with legs flat on the mat.
2: Lower housing height to align straps with the apex of medial malleoli of each ankle.
3: Secure the straps around your ankles so that there is approximately 1cm of space around the ankle.
4: Feet in line with knees/hips and patella (knee caps) point to the ceiling.
5: Record height of the top of carriers.
1: Test bilaterally - Abduction.
2: Pull ankles away from the sensors, separating upper thighs.
3: Maintain lumbar neutral, flat/still sacrum, and abdominal wall flat/hollow.
4: Discourage gluteal contraction.
5: Build to maximum force over 5 seconds.
