1: Lie on non-testing side, feet between uprights along mat centre line with elbow under sensor
2: Ensure elbow is straight, humerus in mid-axillary line, velcro cuff just proximal to elbow / over medial epicondyle
3: Adjust housing height and angle until arm is hanging in plane with scapula, 15° abducted
4: With arm relaxed and resting in cuff, re-zero sensor to account for limb weight
1: Test unilaterally
2: Set scapular, drawing humeral head.
3: Adduct humerus pulling down, ensuring no internal rotation and humerus remains in axillary line
4: Build to maximum force over 5 seconds
